PICS: Royal Parade, April 11

The Royal Parade, part of the Merrie Monarch Festival festivities, goes through downtown Hilo starting at Pauahi St., through Kilauea Ave., merging with Keawe St., turning on Waianuenue Ave.  and on to Kamehameha Ave. and ending back on Pauahi Street.
